Brynn Elise Langley

We welcomed our baby girl on March 7th at 9:07am. She weighed 7lbs. 10oz. and was 20 3/4 inches long.  She was born with lots of blonde hair and had dark blue eyes.

 

 I started having contractions at school on March 6th.  They came once every hour or so.  Later that evening they started coming closer and closer, and I knew this must be it.  We went to the hospital at about 10:30 that night.  I was dilated to 3cm and asked for an epidural. That thing was amazing, no more pain!!!  An hour later I was dilated to a 5 and then a coupel of hours later I was at a 9.  I stayed at a 9 for a long time, and they decided to let me try pushing.  I pushed for an hour and really enjoyed this process.  Unfortunately I have a small pelvis and sweet Brynn was not fitting through.  It was decided that a C-Section was the safest option for us.  I was very thankful to have a healthy beautiful baby girl!

39 weeks

We've made it 39 weeks!!! Only 1 more week until our due date of March 10! Adam found out that March 10 this year is Mothering Day in the UK. It is their version of Mother's Day! This weekend Adam and I rested a lot. We went and saw the movie, "Jack the Giant Slayer" and ate some yummy food!

Just waiting for our little Brynn to get here. It could be any daynow. Here are some pictures of me at 39 weeks. My belly is so big, I don't think it could get any bigger!!!!
